How Booking Works
Books Open Quarterly
Books open at 9:00 AM PST on:
Dec 1
March 1
June 1
September 1
Each booking window covers the following 3 months (one quarter).
Existing Approved Projects Book First
When books open, available appointments are offered first to clients whose projects have already been approved.
If you have an approved project, you’ll receive access to schedule from the current booking window.
If you have not submitted a request, you can submit a request at this time and will be able to try and book in the FOLLOWING booking window, as spots in the current opened window will likely fill.
New Custom Requests
New custom tattoo requests also open when books open.
This is when new clients submit requests for custom work through Venue.
Requests are reviewed in the order they are received.
Please allow 3–5 weeks for review.
If Your Request Is Approved
You’ll receive a booking invitation and a per-piece quote.
I do not provide quotes to projects that have not been accepted. I will never accept or ask for payment outside of my booking app.
You may select from any remaining availability in the current booking window.
If no appointments remain, your approved project will roll into the next booking window and you’ll be invited to book then.
Flash Tattoos
Flash designs do not require a custom tattoo request.
Flash is released when books open and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each flash design is one-of-one and will not be repeated.
Flash remains available until all designs have been claimed.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment date.
Deposits are an art fee and appointment reservation fee and do not go toward the final tattoo cost.
Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are a normal part of the fine-line tattoo process.
I only perform touch-ups on tattoos I have personally completed.
Touch-up appointments are booked separately.
Touch-ups typically range from $0–$75, depending on the amount of work needed.
Why This Process Exists
This system allows me to carefully review each project, provide accurate pricing, and ensure each piece is a good fit for my style.
It also helps manage demand fairly, so clients aren’t all competing for the same limited appointment times at once.
Due to the volume of requests I receive, submitting a request does not guarantee approval or an appointment.

Sleeves & Large-Scale Projects
All sleeve and large-scale projects begin with a consultation appointment.
The consultation is used to discuss the overall vision, placement, flow, priorities, and long-term plan for the project.
Scheduling
At the consultation, the first three tattoo appointments will be scheduled.
Appointments are typically spaced 4–6 weeks apart to allow for healing while maintaining momentum throughout the project.
Appointment dates are selected based on artist availability and are scheduled within the same booking window whenever possible.
Additional appointments may be scheduled after the second session if it becomes clear that more time will be needed to complete the project.
Session Structure & Pricing
Sleeve and large-scale projects are booked as full-day sessions.
Most sessions are quoted between $1,400–$1,600 per session, though pricing may vary depending on the scope, size, and complexity of the project.
Multiple pieces may be completed during a single session to keep the project moving forward consistently.
Larger focal pieces may require an entire session on their own.
Deposits
Each scheduled appointment requires a separate $100 deposit.
Deposits are non-transferable and reserve that specific appointment date.
Deposits are applied to the administrative and scheduling costs associated with reserving project time, as well as the art fee.
Rescheduling Policy
Each sleeve or large-scale project appointment includes one complimentary reschedule.
Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit to secure a new appointment date.
Additional reschedules may require re-evaluation of the project timeline, scope, and availability before continuing.
Frequent rescheduling can significantly impact project continuity and may affect whether the project remains a good fit for this process.
Important Information
Sleeve and large-scale projects are intentionally limited each booking cycle due to the level of planning, time commitment, and ongoing communication they require.
This process allows for greater consistency, clearer timelines, stronger project cohesion, and the best possible outcome for the finished tattoo.
Clients who choose not to participate in the sleeve process may still submit requests through the standard booking process; however, those requests will be treated as standalone tattoos.
Standalone tattoo requests are not guaranteed scheduling priority, continuity, future availability, or placement within a larger sleeve project.
If this structure does not align with your current timeline, availability, or financial situation, please wait to begin a sleeve or large-scale project until you are able to commit to the process outlined above.

If you need to reschedule, please first try to do so through your appointment link. If you do not see the option or availability to reschedule, it means all reschedule openings for the current booking window have been filled. Deposits are only transferable within the booking window in which the appointment was originally booked and cannot be applied to a future booking window.
We do not reschedule appointments into future booking windows, that have not opened yet. (Example: if your appointment was booked in the January–March window and no reschedule availability remains, it cannot be moved into the April–June window.)
If there is no availability left in the current booking window and you can no longer keep your appointment, please let us know and we will cancel the appointment.
For flash pieces, clients may rebook during the next books opening if the piece remains available.
For custom work, a new request must be submitted for approval, and once approved the client will be able to book on the next books opening day for the next booking window.
A new deposit is required for both. Thank you for understanding.
If you no call/no show, you will be prevented from booking future appointments.
120 hours (5 days) notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is canceled with less than 120 (5 days) hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of half your estimated tattoo cost will apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late a late fee may be applied to your final tattoo cost if I am still able to see you. I reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late, in order to respect both my time and any clients after you. You will be required to submit a new deposit if you wish to reschedule.

Pricing is designed to be clear and fair, ensuring that both your time and mine are valued.
Pricing is determined per piece based on its size, complexity, and the time required to design and tattoo it. Quotes are only provided to requests that have been made through the booking app.
Quotes may be adjusted if the size changes or if additional elements are added or removed during the design process.
PLEASE NOTE: Quotes are only provided to clients who have submitted requests. Quotes will never be provided in DM’s, emails, or other messaging platforms. Payments will only ever be processed through the booking app.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. This fee will NOT be applied toward your service.
-
Electronic payment is accepted. No cash payments.
Cash is only accepted for tips, if you feel called to do so.
-
No children are allowed during sessions.
Additional guests are not permitted. If bringing a support person is a health concern, please reach out.
