Terms of service.
At Harper Zimmer Ink, I specialize in personalized tattoos that reflect your unique vision. I ask that all custom requests be submitted with detailed reference images and clear indications of what you like about them.
If your design is a fit, I’ll reach out with a link to my booking calendar and guidance on selecting the appropriate appointment type.
Once accepted, I’ll create your tattoo based on the images and description you have shared, in my unique artistic style. I may ask clarifying questions, if I feel I am not grasping you vision clearly. I try to provide a mock up 1-2 days before your appointment. This does not always work out, if you do not receive a mock up prior to your appointment there will be time for edits the day of the appointment. Mock-ups will be a rough outline or stencil; shading and detailed work will be done on the day of the appointment, requiring trust in my artistic ability.
Major changes might necessitate rescheduling, along with a last minute rescheduling fee, accounting for the new artwork as well as my time and effort. Thank you for helping me create a tattoo you’ll cherish.
Harper Zimmer Ink Booking Policies
You must be 18 or over to undergo any Tattoo service.
Children are not allowed to attend any appointments.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for all services at the time of booking.
If you no call/no show, you will be prevented from booking future appointments.
120 hours (5 days) notice must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please first try to do so through your appointment link. If you do not see the option or availability to reschedule, it means all reschedule openings for the current booking window have been filled.
Deposits are only transferable within the booking window in which the appointment was originally booked and cannot be applied to a future booking window. We do not reschedule appointments into future booking windows. (Example: if your appointment was booked in the January–March window and no reschedule availability remains, it cannot be moved into the April–June window.)
If there is no availability left in the current booking window and you can no longer keep your appointment, please let us know and we will cancel the appointment.
For flash pieces, clients may rebook during the next books opening if the piece remains available.
For custom work, a new request must be submitted for approval, and once approved the client will be able to book on the next books opening day, typically the first day of each quarter at 9 AM. A new deposit is required for both appointment types.
Additional Policies
If you did not read the Prep conditions prior to booking, and your service has to be canceled/rescheduled due to a stated skin/medical concern, and you wish to reschedule, you will be required to pay the full $100 deposit for a new appointment time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and your appointment must be rescheduled due to time limitations, you will be required to pay the full deposit of $100 for a new appointment time.
Harper Zimmer Ink reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
